    Oil pressure gauge

    The signal wire for the oil pressure sending unit is just a little cup that sits on top of a metal post on the sending unit. On the drivers side of the block, just above the oil filter is where the "log" and OP sending unit are located. Make sure this signal wire cup is making good contact...

    i have heard of this issue...i personally have not seen it. I have hear that drilling a small hole in the throttle body blade will fix it. I believe something as small as 3/16 or 5/16 will do the trick. Do some searching...i know this topic has been covered before. good luck man.

    I would suspect some mechanical/install issues here. I agree with those who said you may have expected too much. But on the other hand...he did install thumpers (worth at least 10-15rwhp) street heat intake (5-10rwhp) and full exhaust (10rwhp). In total he should have gained at least ~30rwhp...

    Your numbers are pretty high too though! 350rwhp from an AFR165/FTI/GT-40 combo is not the norm either. Somewhere around 300-325rwhp would be the norm for an HCI 306 like that. I wonder how they are calibrating their dyno...or how they are correcting the numbers.

    I would suspect that a turbo car would be less effected by the altitude. They have been using turbo's specifically for this application for a while now. (Think airplane engines and diesel trucks) The turbo essentially creates its own "atmosphere" I would think you would have an easier time...

    Im just saying...and i repeat...those are MILD 302 numbers. If i built a carbed 331 that only made 300 at the rear wheels with ported decent heads and a good intake...i would be PISSED! It had better make more than 325 at the wheels.
