    the best cam for your combo is the stock cam with 1.7 rockers and if you still whant to change the cam get the stage 1 from TFS or Comp cams XE258HR-12 not bigger than this both cams are to use with 1.6... i will not get any cam from ford stay away from alphabetic cams they suck!

    the TFS 1 lift with 1.6 is INT.499 EX .510 and the same cam with 1.7 the lift goes up to INT .530 EX .541 the iddle is going to be the same but maybe you get a little more RPM's and physically they look the same!
