    yes it will its still a 4r70 the mark came with that trans from the factory.... any mod trans will fit that block after all they are all but identical (the block that is) but if your looking to go 5 spd T-45 with a 96 flywheel bolts right in there....... good luck ....still...

    oik never mind aotzone people gave me the wrong part....turns out that all the flywheels they have that are "supposed to be for a 96 mustang gt (they are remanufactured) are all wrong the factory ford casting number stamped on the back comes back to a ford 7.3 disel...... no wonder the clucth...

    99 mustang was a v6 now its a 4.6 dohc from a 93 lincoln mark 8 and a t-45 from a 2001 mustang gt and an upgraded wiring harness what ecm should i use ?? mach1? cobra? gt? and what numbers????? anyone have an educated guess??
