Hey man, I remember you said your running 20x10's on all four corners. What is the back spacing and tire size specs? I am looking at these: MMD Axim Silver Mustang Wheel - 20x10 101034 (15-16 All) - Free Shipping
along with a set of pro-kit lowering springs
Do you think I could fit...
15% all around - with a 5% strip on the windshield. $125
The guy who tinted it for me is a cop. LOL. Breakin the law, breakin the law, breakin the law - in my best Judas Priest voice.

Removing the clutch spring made a huge difference... I yanked it out the second I got home from the dealer. Mine broke on the way out, but I was being less than careful when I pulled it. Don't care tho... I had no intention of reinstalling it ever. I can actually feel the clutch now.

So... I dont like my wheels. They are near impossible to keep clean, and I dont care for black rims anyway. Instead of dropping a serious amount of money on new wheels, I am considering purchasing the 19x10 performance package wheels from American Muscle to put on the back and moving my 19x9.5...
Meh, I did that mod 30 seconds after I brought it home from the dealer. The hydraulic clutch without the helper spring is still lighter than my 04 was. I had zero clutch feel with that helper spring. Lol.

13.3 @ 108.5 was my best time. Had problems getting it to hook up, 2.1 60ft
Not bad considering it was my first time at the strip in this car, track prep sucked, and it was over 90 degrees.

well, if its not the iac, leaks in the cai, mal-adjustment of the tb, etc... have you considered that the plastic intake manifold may have cracked somewhere? i find it hard to believe that you have a high idle problem without a vacuum leak...
From what I am reading on svtperf, the ecoboost boost gauge is apparently plug and play. They are on back order but available.

Yeah, wax works. They are a PITA to keep clean... I look forward to tax season so I get a set of wheels and pro-kit springs. I like the Vossen VFS1's, but they are too pricey for me - looking for something similar in either silver or gun metal - the black wheels doesn't do it for me.

You will be glad you bought it, it is worlds better than stock - no more missed shifts / thinking your in gear when your not.

Well, I installed the shifter tonight. It took approx 3 hours start to finish. Let me say right away, it is a WORLD of difference compared to the stocker. The shifts are crisp, precise, I know what gear I am in, and it is way way better than stock... It's not perfect though.
The bad:

Gearbanger... Touché! Yeah, I am only 32 so during the 80's I was more in to my hot wheels and Nintendo than paying attention to turbo 4 cyl mustangs. Good point with the GN... I was aiming the heckling more toward v6 Camaro's - not grand nationals - LOL

To me...
Ecoboost is kinda like the old SVO fox body. Neat, a little more respectable, but still not a v8.
V6 mustangs have three major clients... old people, strippers, and teenagers who got a used one (prolly bought from a stripper or old person) for their first ride. (the same can be said for...
