how much money do you have in your fox RIGHT NOW?

I think I'm doin pretty good I think. Paid 3500 for the car and got around 3800 invested. Only having the car 6 months so you see where my money goes :( . Most of the cost has been repair but I've done nothing but replace nearly everything I can with a better aftermarket product. Bout to throw...

Some added power for a daily driver

I'd go with number 1 installation might be a little harder but once you're done you'll be pleased no matter what. On the plus side of the first choice you don't ever have to worry about refillin that little bottle thats only good for a few races. I don't think your fuel economy is gonna change...

    well...tried it again

Keep tryin you'll get it eventually but when you figure out how to do it try to keep it at a minumum. Tires= money and plus its just added wear and tear on your car.

    Fender name?

I'm sorry I don't need that question answered I just went out and looked after you said that and I never realized the whole front bumper on gt's was one peice. I thought the lower portion was one half and the top was another peice. So from the looks of it I need a new front bumper and driver...

    well...tried it again

Well I'll cut ye a break and give ya my thoughts. From the looks of it you aren't giving your car a chance to even load up a little. Your'e just mashing the brake and stomping on the gas which isn't the best way to do it. You don't have to stomp the gas pedal to the floor to do a burnout. I know...

    Fender name?

Well I need a couple fenders for my fox :(. Wet roads on the way to work this mornin + bald tires and waterbox sent me into the guardrail when I was acceleratin to get on the interstate this mornin. Goin about 55 or so and I guess 1/2 throttle is still to much to try and get ahead of traffic to...

    1990 mustang vs mazda miata

You could always switch cars on him :) . 4 cylinder lx's can be obtained for as low as 500 if not cheaper in my area. If you're that worried about losing do the car swap on the lad might lose a lil cash but not the car that actually has value.

    Simple question I think.

Sorry typo on that I didn't catch it they are 245/45/17's I was thinking of running a 235 on the front but I dunno if it would even make that much of a diffrence. I'm buyin my wheels and tires package from american muscle which they don't offer a 235 so its a lil bit of a toss up on what I'm...

    Simple question I think.

Well I would install factory ones again but its a little late now :( Like I said I already ordered a 6 pack of them. I just wanted to be on the safe side when I do make a sharp curve so I figured I'd eliminate all possibilties of having any rub at all. I dunno what the damage outcome would be...

    Simple question I think.

I was told to invest some steering rack limiters because I was worried about rubbing when I get 17x9 03 cobra style rims along with the 245x55x17 tires. I'm having my steering rack and pinion assembly replaced but I was curious of how many of these little bushing like things have to be...

    anyone into monster trucks?

They're alright in my book but i never understood why they didnt put good tires to use and throw it in a mudhole or two. I guess clean up would be a pain in the butt though. I just wish they could do more stuff withem you can only watch so many cyclones and jumps for so long without gettin bored.

    Weatherstrip questions.

Thanks Fett for clearing that up it doesn't sound like to much of a job as I'm making it to be. I beleive they are the original pins but I do have plenty of cutting tools so I should be alright on getting them out. Thanks guys I'd be a lost puppy on fixin some of these things without this place.
