Build Thread As Requested: Project Horse Manure

Did you order it or get it somewhere local? I'm getting ready to start prepping a car for paint. Couple of local shops here but don't know if they are selling a "better" paint for a higher cost. A good friend of mine told me to find nason which is a DuPont line of paint.

What Is This Part? Bought A New 95 And Trying To Figure

Led light strip. The wires are usually fairly small and easily break on led that small. Follow the wire where it goes to. Might draw lower from cig lighter.

That guy is on local boards here. He has a tragic story that he is turning into something awesome. I don't think he'll mind me sharing this. http://jennabearsfoundation.org/ That car was already built before he turned into Tanner lol

    1956 F100 Gets New Rear.

It's not a CHP car. It has the original paint on it. Over the years all inhave done is swapped the rear for a 3.27, added Mac mufflers (had none when I got it), welded in cats, 5.0 shifter, new clutch, rebuilt the t5 myself, b springs, Moog front end parts, sport rack, and the ponies as it...

Paint and Body Fox Body Painting 101

Body filler- Over bare metal Over primer Over sealer? I've heard all three in the past and some will swear by one of the three ways. And then harp on the others because of adhesion, eventual rusting, break down......opinions?

That's why they make good LS swap cars after 10-15 years. Not worth the upkeep

    1956 F100 Gets New Rear.

So I had big plans this weekend to get the truck going. Needed to move my 88 notch out of the way first. Haven't fired it up in a awhile so of course battery is toast. I need to get emissions done and enjoy this car too. But more on that later.... I was looking at the parts I have ready for...

    Mach1 8.8 Into My Fox

Take measurements. I believe jrichkter is correct. If you already have a 5 lug setup just use the brackets, calipers and rotors. North racecars sells a bracket to make them work. http://www.northracecars.com/Brakes.html

    Quarter Glass Made Of Gold?

https://lmr.com/item/LRS-29710A-K/1987-93-Mustang-Hatchback-Quarter-Windows I don't think they'll say mustang but could give a nice clean look I don't think they'll fit the vette though

    1956 F100 Gets New Rear.

LS motor won't go into the truck. That'll stay more classic with a 302 or 289 probably carb. I am looking other cars for an LS swap. Had my eye on a BMW with a bad motor but wife put a stop on that. She says 6 cars is too many already.

Progress Thread Tanner's "there's Probably A Name For This Illness" Builds Thread

They probably pulled the little black box and found the last 30 minutes of its life was composed of several zero to redline pulls. I believe they say racing will void warranty. Ford even had a caveat to its "line lock" function...
