Where did u say $500 is neglidgable or anything like that, u said u could get them for the exact same price. $500 is the absolute miniumum most likely, like the guy said most are $1,000 above what 98 costs which is hardly the same price.
Ummm this statement is crapola . Anybody who knows anything about mustangs is going to price a 99 higher than a 98. If u took a 98 with x amount of miles and took a 99 with the same x amount of miles the 99+ should be I would say at miniumum $500 more. Of course there is always stupid people who...
Yea except the ugly horizontal tail lights, but then again u can just take some OEM tail lights from a 96-98 I believe they directly swap with each other.
96-98 = 215 hp 285 torque NPI heads, cams, and intake manifold
99-04 = 260 hp 302 torque PI heads, cams, and intake manifold
PI = performance improvment, yes you can easily swap PI parts into a 96-98 car.
I'm going to thread hi-jack here. My cars parking brake light is almost always on, the only time its not on is when I am shifting from first to second and if I am kind of on it from second to third it will sometimes shut off also but after I shift it will immeditately come back on. Anybody have...
I've got MAC UCA's and LCA's. My car is defintely still driveable/streetable. I hardly noticed a different in ride quality. Definetely helped alot with launching (at least on the street) I have yet to test my car out at the track since I've got any of my suspension work done. Like they said...
You should be close to 300 to the crank. You need some bolt-ons like LT's, O/R mid-pipe, UDP and you should easily be above it. I would take the composite race knob out of your signature as a mod though, now that u have some real mods.
Yes I think dyno's are just for giving rwhp #'s :nonono: Is that why I have got my car dynoed and tuned twice because I just think it gives rwhp #'s? Is that why I went and got it DYNO TUNED instead of ordering a mail order chip? Anybody who knows anything at all about dyno's knows that it can...
Lets put it like this nobody yet has gotten 300 rwhp from bolt-ons, that I know of at least. I think with full bolt-on's including a P51 intake and cams you could do it, but with just bolt-ons and no cams IDK if anybody has even reached 290 rwhp. KenB is only making 366 rwhp and that is about as...
I've never heard of anybody getting it with full bolt-ons and cams but people have come real close. With an aftermarket intake manifold, full bolt-ons, nice aggressive cams, and a nice tune you could probably make 300 rwhp.
Hey guys,
I own a 96 GT right now as you can see from my signature. Looking at picking up a 93 2.3L for a daily driver. Not sure how many miles it has on it will find that out tommrow. Few questions for you. What kind of MPG do u guys get? Any problems I should be looking out for? How many...
