I could always run the sensor to the back, but the coolant flow from the back of the heads is not the same as the front, so readings would be different.     Nice I guessed the sizes right (diesel classes pay off) Lol! The adapter sounds pretty easy, the back port on the intake would take an extension of the plug or unraveling of the harness to get back there... How about the waterpump heater pipe? Cap it?

    Thanks guys.. good to know it still looks good! Runs super strong, had some fun with an old Nova SS today, ate him up nicely. Notice a improvement over the stocker, but might need a larger throttle body to match up the cobra intake, running the stock TB for now.

    Looks like the picture of the lower I got from citmov has a RF-F87E on the lower, so its the 97-03 kit intake... Its cool though, as long as ford made it I'm good with that. What are the differences in the F3 to F8 lowers?

    I am getting all the necessary gaskets ready for the cobra intake manifold, Using the stock stuff for now (egr plate, throttle body). What gaskets other than the upper & lower intake, and throttle body are included in the cobra manifold kit?

    Are there any numbers or words on the stock 5.0 throttle body from an 88 5.0? I am going through the intake stuff, and adding a Cobra intake.. My throttle body has a "5.0 sho" imprint on the inside area. And what throttle body is good for cobra intake/stock engine? Will stock TB & spacer work ok?

    So, I got a coolant leak at the timing cover gasket area, deciding to change out the stock timing chain and go with another. Are there any good chains out there, or is a gear driven set better?

    So I know I am missing parts like shocks,cc plates, etc, but the stang is riding really bad right now. Every bump or crack in the road jolts the car around, and I think its too low. Is this how the Pro-kit handles with a stiff body? What are some better springs for comfort and looks? And shocks...
