    3.73's and highway speeds

    well my cousin has a c4 and 3.73 gears and since the c4 is a 3 speed he puts out like 2500-2900 at like 65 mph I think.

    Are the shift kits worth getting?

    Yeah a shift kit is pretty cool when you have it. I have the manual valve body so I just shift it myself. When I ride in my cousins C4 Stang, its shifts awesome with a shift kit.

    Yeah I heard that it changed in 1987, but like said above, the aftermarket is probably more worth it if you have the money and cant find one at the junkyard. I dont know about where you guys are, but there are never any 5.0's in junkyards ive been to.

    Yeah I think im on your side dude. I am not the smartest guy ever, and especially with fuel injection, but maybe he can get a fuel pressure regulator and that increases fuel flow right?

    I would think a Trickflow intake even with the stock heads would really do your car some good. Then down the road when you replace the heads and cam, they will be better mods because you already did the intake. You probably need more advice from somebody that actually has fuel injection lol.

    lol I had it laying in the shed, its not old at all. Wouldnt the 4 previous coats also help as a sort of primer lol? If I clearcoat it then it would look terrible wouldnt it?

    Ok well I am painting some plastic pieces glossy black with my spraypaint that I found. The paint says it is glossy black and I have made it look glossy before. For some reason, this time I have put about 4 coats on and it will not dry glossy, it dries like a flat black. I am doing this in 60's...
