i don't think there should be any problems, i know the 94/5 have a longer input shaft, just wondering if anything was different in the pre 87 v8 t5's
will 85 t5 fit in my aero?

hey i noticed you're down the freeway in fontana, im in norco and kinda hating the heat/gas prices
83's also came with the standard T-5, and the SROD as an option (dunno why anyone would want it, but it was an option)

Gear materials were upgraded. It made the trans stronger. Torque rating increased from 265 to 300 ft-lbs.
Slight change in gear ratios as well and it got the 8 tooth speedo gear instead of the 7 tooth

So If I had a 10 inch clutch still will I able to use one of those T-5s in my car and still retain me same clutch (its new, otherwise I would upgrade)? Also are the gears that were changed lower or higher?
