    Jewls05GT, Thats the best time to redline. Just don't power shift until you get to 500 miles. It takes that long to break in the gears right. You know, I actually didn't abide by that rule either.

    It all depends on driveability. Do you want gas economy or power. below 2000 for gas economy, redline for power. 14MPG compared to 22MPG. The nice thing is its all up to you.

    Blakthorn, Thanks for the comment, thats only one coat. Imagine it with three. If you go to Zaino's site, he has some cars on there that have 10 to 15 coats that put mine to shame.

    Jenns, That is outrageous for a v6. They might be a dealership that sells a lot of other cars and trucks. If they can get on those prices, great if not oh well. I think in the long run it hampers their allotment next year, if they don't move them.

    Top Out???

    I got mine up to 105 and it was solid as a rock. I heard about the problems with the hood and wanted to see. The hood never shook at all. The power was really good over 4K from 80 to 105. I imagine it should get up to top speed pretty quickly.

    Please Post Your Gas Mileage

    You'll love this, 14 MPG city and 20.7 highway. The 20.7 was a trip I took on Thursday around 250-300 miles. It is hard keeping the foot from smashing down. I have the GT with manual.

    I think Sonic Blue was introduce in either 02 or 03. If you go to Fords Fleet site, it tells the colors they are going to have for 06. I don't think Sonic Blue was on it. I think the site is www.fleet.ford.com
