    ok if the smog pump delete and ac delete were done to the car you can throw out the 67 and 82 because thats what they are from. so as for the rest of them. maybe the connector on the speedo cable is coming apart, and if they took off the evap canister while they were taking out the smog pump...

    Aftermarket Alarm

    if your alarm unlocked the power door locks when you dis armed it, then you will have to re connect the lock wires. other than that like stated before, it depends on what was wired into the module. if it starts without the module, and you have manual locks, then you shouldnt really have a problem.

    try checking the tp sensor voltage. make sure it has a smooth continuously changing reading as you open and close the throttle.
