    Carb have a 650 DP on it now. Mostly street - like to try at drag strip but would be far and few between. Like to stay under 500. I've got a c4 and 8" - both upgraded to handle more HP - but over 500 hp may be pushing it. Im guessing I'm getting 400/400 now

    Anyone ever open up a repro hood tach?

    I've got a reprodcution hood tach that has intermitent working problems. Like to open it up to see if anything obviously wrong (ie., bad connection). No screws holding togther so alittle stump - it was pretty expensive so I don't want to mess it up. Any tips would be appreciated. thanks

    Just chalk up to lesson learned. Check TCI out also. For stock car can be less than 1000. I'd print out TCI & PA trans price off of summit and see if you can use it to negotiaea beter price - since your going to get stuck with the $600 regardless.
