    C springs are a pretty mild drop, so either the Strange or the Bilstiens will be fine with those springs. You could even go with mach 1 shocks and struts and save some money if you wanted.     Another thing I just thought of is if you have a busted cat, it could be clogging things making it idle funky, and sound weird. That could be intermittent also. Do you have cats? if so.. check them.

    I do apologize for the mistake. the V comes out so naturally. haha You're right on with you info.. almost. I'm pretty sure the 1jz was single turbo, as well as the 7m. They also released a non turbo 1jz for lexus. Correct me if I'm wrong, the only TT was the 2jz, right?

    This bored swear by the IAC fix.. but I agree with the others too. before you go about buying new parts, check the simple things first. Plugs could be corroded, easy check. But do check the IAC, at least clean it and see what happens. Carb cleaner like mentioned above.

    Edit** Most people will suggest the usual fuel filter, IAC checks. Do those first for sure! Also.. check to make sure you fuel pump is getting enough time to prime. It could be going bad.
