    hmm.. do you have a pic of what your shock tower looks like after the 16ga? maybe i can welt it to the back side so that it isnt as noticeable, just to keep it looking somewhat decent.

    ok cool, thanks for the info.. maybe ill get on that after i get my shock tower replaced and my new steering box.

    Functional hood scoop, is this an ok setup?

    I want to cut a hole in my hood and put a functional scoop in kinda like this one but the filter will stick up just a little bit higher.. will there be a problem with rain getting in there? or can i fashon up a deflector sort of thing that will deflect the water but still allow good air flow...

    Exhaust has a "missing" like sound

    well i have the same problem with my 67 cougar.. look closely along your exaust pipes and everything.. mine is caused by a crack where the pipe meets the driver's side muffler.. so everyonce in a while it will be in a possition where the exaust escapes and i get the noise. make sure to tighten...
