    It was a real GN, but it was an 85 which is not desirable like the 86/87's. Plus it was on the rough side, had wiring and trans problems so i made out ok.

    Saved up my money untill i was 14 to buy an 85 grand national. Turned 16 and sold it for $5000. Took that money and bought my 89 lx that i currently have. I buy all parts myself and do the work too.

    I had a set of hooker aerochambers on my car. I liked them, fairly quiet when cruising but opened up when i got on it. I have since swapped them for the new flowmaster super 44's. They sound awesome.

    I looked at steedas website to see what they had to say about them. They said on street cars they will only lower around 1/4" to 1/2". They also said on drag cars they will sit a little higher. So basically they are like the eibach drag kit which i dont want.

    AOD Torque Converters

    I have a one piece from Art Carr which is C4 splined. I run an edge racing 3200 non lock. Given overdrive wont be the same as with a lock up, because my converter is constantly slipping, but i do have overdrive.

    I ALREADY HAVE LOWERING SPRINGS! lol i stated i have the eibach pro kit on my car now. They are too stiff for drag racing! Thats why i started this thread, i need to find a spring that will work well at the track, and lower my car at the same time.
