    is an fmu a fuel management unit? and what does it do, what is the point of it if u dont need to use it with 42lb injectors? my friends car has a procharger with 42lb injectors and that fmu thing on it. it was also put together by laroccas an tuned by them.

    anyone? i heard with the procharger you dont need any ignition retarding and stuff because of the intercooler and i like how its self contained so i dont have to use engine oil. hopefully if i get this i wont have to tune it alot but i doubt that will happen

    why weld in flowmasters? i had that on my car when i bought it, it went from my headers to 2.5 inch bbk h pipe i put on to 2.25 inch stock flow pipes and tail pipes that came on the car. so it was kinda restricting. just get a bbk 2.5 inch off road H and a flowmaster 2.5 inch american thunder...

    awd only works when the front right wheel slips, but alot of car ocmpnays are different, im familiar with dsms because my friend works ata perfomance garage where they specialize in these dsms (3000 gts, lasers, talons eclipses) an he explained it to me like that.

    i guess you have to drive a car with them to understand, a highway race isnt usually a quarter mile its whoever pulls the most in most cases, there is no set length, i would run out of gear and get beat by a car that is a little slower then mine because they have more gear, so when i run out...

    highway? 4:30s deff are not a highway gear, 373s and lower (numerically) are more of a highway gear. racing on the highway i would run out of gear

    if i got the trickflow H/C/I kit for my car it would make about 300hp to the wheels when tuned good an everything. with my 4:30 gears would those hurt me more then help me? i keep thinking of it like this, since my motor would be semi built it would revv up faster because im making more power...
