BTW-don't use the pad that came with the PC. It is junk and can actually cause more harm than good.

    Looking for polishing supplies

K.. Here we go! I totally agree with Mr.Hawver. You will love the PC. It is a great investment! Right now autogeek.com has a sell on all their buffer pads and accessories. I would pick up a couple white polishing pads and a couple orange pads. You shouldn't need a yellow pad unless you have...

Roush What waxes and detail products does everyone use?

You should give Poorboy's World a try. Steve also stands behind his products. I'm picky in what I use,Poorboys makes it so much easier on me with detailing cars. You can also put their products on in the direct sunlight. I like to do them in the sun so I can actually see what I'm doing...

    Topping NXT?

I would still go back in polish the car to give the optimum shine and depth. Like Wystang said, it is the prep what makes the difference. After the polish, top it with a sealant and then the carnuba wax. You could also skip the sealant just goto the wax.

    Topping NXT?

Those pictures don't even do the car justice. I have a few more layers of Natty's on after those pics were taken. Yellow is really hard to get a good picture of. My buddy also uses it on his yellow Mach. BTW- 4point6- I sent you a pm.

    Topping NXT?

I have multiple layers of the blue on my yellow Saleen and it looks amazing. I have a detailing business and use the blue on about everything. I think it even gives white a lot more of a pop. The blue has an extra ingredient for darker colored cars.

Just curious to see what everyone is using? I have a detail business right now that I'm doing on the side. Next year it will be full-time. I'm also a Poorboy's World Polishes and Detailing Products distributor. I'm in the process of making a website that sells detailing products. For now I...

I just picked up the ICE liquid polish. Anyone use it?

I prefer Poorboys Natty's blue myself. Can even be put on in the direct sunlight and has no residue. Comes off like it was in the shade plus leaves a deep wet looking shine.

Mother's has a good chrome polish. I use Poorboy's Pro Polish on mine and then put a layer of sealant on them to protect them.

    how to remove splat bug

I use something called Bug Squash by Poorboys World. Pretreat the bad areas before you wash your car. Then when you goto to wash the bugs should almost fall off. There are similar products out there too.
