    Pre 70' Mustangs had the front park lights wired to turn off when the headlights come on. To wire them to stay on with the rear park lights you need to take the head light switch connector and cut the wire that feeds the front park lights and splice it to the wire that feeds the rear park lights.

    With your test light connected to a good ground and the probe touching the negative side of the coil, crank the engine and the light should flash. If it flashes and you still get no spark, the coil is bad. If it does not flash the problem is in the distributor.

    Is the block plate missing? Thats the plate that goes between the engine and trans. I have seen that happen on a car that was missing the block plate.

    I don't think I have ever seen Ports with Barnacles in them. Other than a Sea Port that is.

    Personally a true dual with an H pipe and 40 series Flowmasters is what I would run. I think you meant the exhaust exits from the side in front of the rear wheels on the original 65's. Not the same as side pipes. It boils down to personal preference.

    I measured an axle housing from a 67' and I came up with 42 3/4". From the center of one perch to the center of the other. I took the measurement from the front of the perches with no pumpkin in the way, so I got a straight shot.

    The rule of thumb is you get about 2" of drop for one coil cut off. Although I cut 1/2 a coil from a set of stock big block springs and it dropped the car 2". That was after I drove the car without shocks op and down driveways and over speed bumps to get them to settle and it still sat to high.

    Brows ebay for disc conversion kits. The Granada is only for the front, but there are many choices for the rear.
