I am installing a tranny cooler on my 03 GT. The bottom line on the car is the one I am taking off to hook the cooler in series. The only trouble is that I freaking turn and turn the bolt and it dosent want to come out. I have about 3/4 in of the thread exposed and it keeps turning out the...

    Steering wheel shakes??

my buddy who drives an 01 gt had a similar problem he went through everything ie: balance, alignment, turned rotors. It ended up being warped rotors. Apparently if a rotor is warped bad enough it will REwarp even if it is turned straight. He replaced his rotors and it didn't happend again.

    Passenger side nut..

You just described my problem exactly. I got all of the other nuts off without a hitch execpt one. I ended up taking it up to my local garage and with a breaker bar (wouldn't fit underneath the car with just jackstands) and the correct extensions it broke off fine(did it for free). That bolt is...

    2Valve Crate Engines- DSS Racing

I have seen there operations, and if it is half as good as their pushrod line you will be satisfied. They don't assemble engines that use weak components. :nice: from me.

Bolt ons that actually help gas mileage?

I know it isn't a foxbody but we keep strict records of everything that goes onto or is done to my wifes 2003 GT. This includes gas fillup and mileage. With a K&N FIPK and Magnaflow catback mileage jumped 2-3 mpg. Documented. To a peak of 25.6 mpg when we were pulling 22-23. That was loaded with...

    Exhaust upgrade

No, not really. The connectors you just saw have factory style connectors and are heat shrinked. They are pretty tight I would be suprised if they went bad. But if they did resetting the battery and clearing the codes and replacing the units should cure the problem.

    Exhaust upgrade

67GTA-FB429, Those are exactly what I ordered. The Air silencer I believe is the snorkle device that goes into the fenderwell and is attached to the air box which houses your filter. I have a K&N FIPK so I removed all of my stock pieces they now reside in the back of the closet.

    Exhaust upgrade

67GTA-FB429, I would buy the mil eliminators that are on the partshopper website. I think that dallas mustang makes them. They are a very easy to install. The most you have to do is trim tabs on one of the sensors and forgettaboutit. And if your like me and do your own installs and would like to...
