    3200lbs 300hp to the rear wheels is a low 12 second quater mile, all things being good.To go 13 seconds flat or there about with the same 3200 pound car you need about 245 hp, at the wheels. Also AFR offers a 165 competition head that is just awesome.

    In my O, you cant go wrong with either bolth are excellent kits, The Martz set up is a little more involved as far as installation goes because you are replacing the frame rails and front cross member, not just adding the new cross member like in the R&C kit

    I would believe you want to use NHRA type rules for this and so I would direct you to NHRA website and you should be able to find info or get a rule book direrctly from them.

    I have used and installed quite a few kits from CACW and there stuff is good, Just remember it is pretty general and you need to trim to fit, and unless you are building a a car that is a full blown racer you dont need chrome moly.
