    A Hitch For a 70 Mustang?

i'm a little bit skeptic on puttin' on a hitch on a car. it's rarely seen. i was thinking about the idea, but the hitch would be damn close to the gas tank. i wouldn't mind roof racks and a brush guard like the one on the General Lee Charger.

    Long Tube Headers - '66 289 (347ci)

okay. update. i'm getting Crane lifters, so a hydraulic flat tappet cam is out and hydraulic roller is in. i don't think it will make a difference in exhaust sound. i've decided also to get the Demon 660cfm, Doug's headers (1 5/8" primaries), Dr. Gas x-over + 2.5" exhaust pipes. are Dr...

Exhaust Setup!? i'm undecided... show me your setup. what do you all recommend for the exhaust past long tube headers?? - side exhaust is too loud and fumes come up thru the side windows. - Dr. Gas X-over + pipes are not stainless steel. will they last? - MagnaFlow has a nice setup, but...

    Hydraulic Roller Lifter Kit

need some feedback for the conversion from flat tappet to hydraulic roller for a orig 289 block stroked 347... will the Comp Cam retro-fit kit p/n 31-1000 for ~$50 get the job done? or is the Crane hydraulic roller lifters p/n 36532-16 for $500 the greater deal?

    Oil Pan?

Canton are there any advantages of going 9-qt instead of 7-qt for a street car? the feedback from the shop said no. i'm checking out the dimensions on the Street or Track site... they are both 8" deep x 13.5" wide. how does the 9-qt get the extra capacity when both are sized the same...

    Oil Pan?

it's a street car. i'm sure a 7qt will work with no worries. i just like the looks of the 8qt Milodon. guess, i will have to buy and test fit. everyone has different ride heights.
