    as previously stated, there are many options. If you want to build a 331 I'd pick up a boss 302 4 bolt block or a dart, a good forged internal stroker kit and then throw your novi on it. 600hp from a built 331 with a blower is a piece of cake! :nice:

    anyone made air unduction system using the fog lights openings?

    I've seen both done (sorry no pics of either)... the brake cooling actually worked better than the cold air induction.

    I had a black magic fan when my motor was first built and had heating issues with it.... went back to clutch fan and it was ok.. but still not great... since I've upgraded to a taurus fan and Delta controller and its works amazingly well.

    DIY intercooler question

    Well giving this a little more thought... One could rig up some small fans to the intercooler and keep some air flow moving constantly through the fins. I'm certain this would reduce intake temps.

    electric fan brands

    Either the Taurus Fan or Mark VIII Fan... can't go wrong!!! Much better than any aftermarket fan for less! I have the Taurus Fan with a DCC controller and the cooling is fantastic even in hot weather. I highly recommend... pick one up and call it a day. I got mine from this guy on ebay --...

    fox with a modular drive train = best of both worlds!! I love foxes though... they are simple, no frills cars, that are easy to make really fast! Maybe one day I'd like to own a terminator cobra.

    if it blows, it blows :shrug: For every split 302 out there, there's another guy making 600 HP with over 100 passes on a stock block... so go figure. I'm fully aware of the risk and I'm willing to take it.
