    I went with the steeda sport springs and I didnt use c/c plates. So far everything is good. They have been on several months. No unusual wear and the steering wheel is perfectly straight and the car goes straight down the road.

    Ive been thinking of doing the seat delete. Do you really lose any weight? I mean I know the back seat doesnt weigh much. Your also putting weight back in. :shrug:

    Very interesting. I had a new 01 GT and Ford bought it back. I had the same problem. I would drive slowly by a wall and you could hear the tick. They never could figure it out. Ended up replacing the engine. I bet it was the same problem but they just didnt know about this at the time...

    is this a loud tick? I mean there are lots of ticks from the engine. The injectors tick.

    It is a direct replacement. Only trouble I had was removing the throttle cables. That is much easier to do once everything is unhooked and unbolted. That way you can turn the plenum over to access the cables better. The screws on the TPS are a royal pain. The accufab TB came with new ones...

    As far as warming a car up, it will warm up faster by just driving it. Letting your car idle for awhile is not going to hurt anything. Like sitting in traffic.

    If you have not done this mod, do it! One hell of the SOTP difference! Well worth the money. I got mine from www.crmotorsports.com I highly recommend them Great price too. :banana: :hail2:

    Mine did that after installing the springs. Sounds like the right rear. What do you guys recommend lubing the suspension parts with? I know you said lithium grease but what kind?
