    If it aint one thing its another. Ive got a rattling sound when I push gas all the way down accelerating, only does it if I floor it. The car seems to have lost its quickness, but kept its power. If yall remember Awhile back I lost power, but still felt quick, wtf? any ideas about the rattle...

    I dont know how to get it just right. I tightened it and the noise was gone but clutch released too high, now it dont do it at idle and its kinda too soon, but chirps when pushed it like when foot resting on( I know bad habit)

    Ok well I just noticed there is already an aluminum one in there, so how do I know if I have an aftermarket cable? and if its self adjusting? I do remember tryin to pull up on pedal and it not self adjusting as described, so maybe after I get the new clutch back in I just adjust from under car...

    So im gonna be doing this, but Im not converting from an auto to man. So I wont have to take all this out, right? I I have an aluminum quadrant, it looks to me like maybe I could just take the pins out of the side and take plastic off and put alum on? I know its not gonna be that easy

    Didnt jack motor? Will engine not fall when tranny is off? lol..........Mine is a lil bit lower, but the highest I can get it.

    So if I let tail sit on ground The bellhousing will drop so I can get the top bolts? Would I need jack under oil pan as tail sits?

    Thats how its sitting now, but still not much room to get to them,pretty much under windshield/firewall, should I pull jack oout from under tranny? its pretty low, scared motor will drop and pull everything out and just screw it all up in general Sorry stepped on knightmares thread
