    Um, no there's not two parts to the sensor. It's held down by two small screws, usualy the star type. Buy one at autozone or somewhere like that, I think they're like $70. Looks like the black sensor in the picture.

    Yeah Iowa and most of Illinois don't require testing, and if you have to go to another state, you only have to follow Iowa's rules just like license plates, I beleive. (On emmisions)

    Yes, it is the stock voltmeter, I haven't put a real voltmeter on the batter yet. I was rulling the battery itself out since the jump wouldn't work either.
