Hi,
I bought a brand new 2020 Ford Mustang GT in February. Thirty days went by without any problems, I drove 1200 miles. The car was always kept in a dark, safe and locked garage.
After thirty days, the car’s alarm suddenly went off, without any external input (I wasn’t even in the garage)...
I have just purchased a 95 gt convertible. It had no alarm or keyless entry option when originally sold.
What are my options? Do I look for a used one out of a parts car? Do I opt for an aftermarket alarm system? If so, what is a good brand?
Thanks!
2 minutes after i activate my alarm it goes off, But if i manually by hand lock them the alarm does not go off, Is there anybody that's familiar with this issue that can possible give me insight, I'd really appreciate it..... jeff&jayce
Hello all,
I'm new to the site and hope to get some advice. I recently came across a problem with my alarm system going off while driving. I drive a 2000 v6 mustang and have never dealt with ford alarms.
The factory key fobs both unlock and lock the car, and I only noticed the issue driving...
So I keep having to jump my car....Idk, If it is the battery, the alarm, which I have turned off, or the alternator, etc. 2004 FORD MUSTANG GT, 40th Ann., 33500 miles, I do not drive her too much. Mostly local.... Thanks!! Xo
