car stereo metra harness alpine in dash standalone

I have the preemo setup (factory amp plus 6 speakers) and wanted to upgrade. I ordered a deck and amp bypass harness adapter (metra 70-5006). I also purchased the 4 channel mini alpine amp (45w x 4) but im wondering does this harness adapter power the 6 speakers or just 4? Or do i need to use...
