This is not for any particular project you've shown us so far.

This is because I want you to see this color:

It's a Burned-Cherry/Brown/Metallic color with some Orange candy or something... Amazing.

View: https://youtu.be/k5MOFn9PSPY?feature=shared&t=514

It scratched my brain I had to put up on the plasma screen to see all the colors.

I brought the 85 back to the shop so I could start knocking some ugly off. Pretty par for the course found more ugly underneath.

I just giggle to myself when I see a car that someone (prolly with limited panel beating experience) bugger up a car using more effort than it would take to fix correctly
is this the car that I'm saving that back glass for?

Yes sir… its needs rear glass. And your right. They had a 1/2 or more on the entire quarter. Probably took them several days tp work all that mudd down. They made the stlye line out of filler

Doesn't surprise me
What is the 'projected' amount of time before the glass is needed?
It may take me awhile to get there, after all I only have a 53 chevy 3100 to drive right now and top speed (comfortably) is about 50mph

Exactly and thats why I keep sharing the bad on this car with you. Some may not see fixing your car and getting a different one but they are pretty much all the same at this point. Previous damage and bad “repairs” so may as well go with the devil you know.

Banging the metal back out on both quarters. Got the passenger damage back out and level. Just need to finish out the metal. Bumper stripped and ready for epoxy. Quarter lips rolled and stripped.

I have noticed recently, that there are [several] options for deleting the strut towers these days.
