02+ C&L MAF question

Why doesn't C&L have sample tubes listed on their site for the 02+ MAF kits? Is it because the IAC is in the stock sensor assembly and the 02+ C&L MAFS do not have tubes?

My 00GT C&L maf has sample tubes available.

You are correct!
I just yanked the 85mm C&L MAF from my 02 GT (and put the OEM MAF, complete with the screen back on) this past weekend because of the many people who told me it simply leaned out the A/F Ratio. I was already lean (15:1 at 3K) with the SCT Chip tune I have. So, for the sake of my motor's safety, I pulled it out. It ran fine with the C&L MAF and now runs fine without it, albeit I feel as if I've lost some power on initial punch of the loud pedal. So, I am still a bit torn as to what to do, as I, like the rest of you, hate to lose power. :damnit:
