02 GT....dies when coming to a stop with a/c on

car has 94k on it 5spd...i just started using the a/c... and when its on sometimes ill be coming to a stop and the rpms will drop and the car will die it doesnt do it all the time but its done it a few times already the past few days any ideas?... again car is 02 GT 5spd..

Reset the PCM and re-learn the fuel trims properly as specified in your owner's manual.

fresh new optima red top...alternators been tested at autozone and says its fine but is it possible to test fine and still be bad?

When the new battery was installed did you go through the procedure I already f'n mentioned?

lot of milage for an 02. I just reached 50k on my daily driver.

Not quite sure what your problem is....did this start happening AFTER you installed the battery? Maybe you have a loose ground cable connection with the battery and throwing the A/C on wiggles it loose?

no I will try that... I bought the car used in 04 with 45k there all highway miles and i drive to and from college so ya thats why so many miles...

My car did the same thing when I blocked IAC to make RPM drop faster. So i would start with IAC. clean it, and see

yeah man, that mod sucks! check the IAC as mentioned, they seem to be the culprit of idle issues stalling
