moderator - If this is the wrong section please move.

I'm thinking of selling my 02 conv now that I bought the 2010. I've been looking on craigslist and e-bay for value but the cars all seem to be either 5-8K or 14-16K... What do you think a good asking price would be for the car? Details:

- 02 Sonic Blue GT conv
- Black interior
- 5-speed tranny
- basani cat back
- steeda lowing springs
- steeda caster camber plates
- FR500 (18's with the deep dish in the back) w/ 85-90% tread left
- K&N FIPK
- White face guages
- mach 1 chin spoiler and grill delete

Car has 53K miles on it.

Car is mint with the exception of a small bump in the lower part of the rear bumper. Previous owner backed into a pole that's about 2 inches wide. Barely noticable. The drivers side door lock is acting up. It only works when it wants to.

Hoping the experts could advise here.

Below is a pick:

i would say around $10k. remember, the mods take away value. unless you find a buyer who doesnt think that way.

Might be worth a hair over 10k, but you'll have to find just the right buyer. It is 7 years old by now and in just a year, the 2nd body change of the mustang after it was produced will be on the road (IE, it will look old).

Somewhere between KBB trade-in and NADA private party values.

WOW... Was debating on selling this car and keeping our stingray but only if I could get $12-$13K for the car. Just to fun and nice to dump it...

If these prices are true I guess I'll be a proud owner of two mustangs, sell one of the corvettes in the garage and mod the crap out of this one

Thanks for the ballpark figures.
