I assume your talking about the snake? They are all the same. Your gonna need a torx screwdriver to get the pony emblem out and to screw in the new snake one.
You can buy them on ebay for like $20-25, or you can try your local dealership. I was quoted $40 from them so I bought mine off ebay.
As far as the torx bits/drivers, you can get them at places like home depot, sears, most local hardware stores, etc.
I found mine for 21 dollars on ebay the torx you are looking for is called a security torx set...Auto zone and the such has them, make sure it is metal though, not a plastic knock off
FYI... There are at least 2 differnent style front SNAKE emblems I've seen..
1. The original PPI emblem is "cast metal" and it is not the exact design as the OEM Ford fender emblems you can see differences in the shape of the head/nose.
2. Some other manufacturers are just using the regular "plastic" fender emblem and placing it on a bracket. And I see now that PPI has one using an OEM emblem as well (plastic ??) for 24.99..
Why PPI did this , I don't know
This was pointed out to me recently at a dyno day.. and has me thinkin about swapping out to the matching fender emblems somday .. But I still like my lil PPI SNAKE in the front for now and not too many people see the difference.
