There is a HUGE thread on this very subject over on turbomustangs.com I think the thread starter went by something like yellowbus or something similar. You will find more info on this swap there in that thread as I don't think anyone here has done it.

You should be able to install a 4.6 k-member to mount the engine in there, but that's just about all I can help you with. Good luck, and keep us updated if you go through with this project.

MM Sells a k member and upper and lowers for the 03-04 it will bolt into the 94, the tranny mount point will be different, D&D has the mounting kit, if you have all the electronics you need to swap it all in, your strut towers are going to be tight, and all of your current accessories will not work, other than that its going to be alot of relocating lines and rewiring. I have a guy who wants to trade my 94 for his 97cobra, he did the 03-04 motor swap, it has 99+ heads, ad a J trim vortec on it, I have yet to see or drive the car, but it sounds interesting.

You'll probly need the brake booster and all the hoses and hardware for the hydraulic assisted brake booster as well.

It's a good possibility that you'll need a hood but I'm not sure.

The radiator for the 5.0's is different then the 4.6's. They have the radiator with no cap, the reservour has the cap.

There is a box for the fuel in the left rear trunk area in the 03, that you will need for the 94-95. I just sold this unit to a guy doing this swap. You will also need a good tuner to get past the VATS system on the 03. 94-95's didn't come with chip keys and the newers Mustangs did.

ahh list doesnt stop lol ... im now thinking a procharged 331 or 347 sounds good but this swap would just be cool newer mustang drivetrain in older stang plus everyday driveability with lots of power
