My experience is that Warrenty work is a joke. they never fix it right even when there is "TSB" out on the issue...your better off paying a shop to do it right.
After trying to get my alignment right under warrenty I payed STS who got it in 30 minutes compared to the dealers 2 days!
ANYWAY....after putting some miles on my car just to make sure it wasnt about to blow up, I got a chip and 2.80 upper pulley (435hp). It was fun having a quite car that was fast as hell...
Then i added x pipe and cat back later on and a CAI to pick up another 35 hp
As far as the race track goes, I am doing everything I can and still get away with the stock rules that are in place for next year. You can run down to 11.50 without a roll bar with light mods. So......a ported blower and solid rear(or worked up IRS) are next for me.
Also going to try the Mickey Thompson DRs next season..
