Hi everyone, I really tried to avoid making another thread on parasitic draw but I have searched everywhere and have not solved my problem.

I am getting a parasitic draw from Fuse 26 (PCM + CCRM 30A). After I let the car sleep my draw drops down to 0.13amps and I have narrowed it down to this fuse. Pulling that fuse brings the draw down to 0.05. This car will effectively kill batteries in 2 days without driving and of course this is a weekend cruiser. I am at a loss for what else to diagnose on this circuit.

Things to note:
- Currently have an engine light for a large EVAP leak, cannot find that leak yet but maybe related to CCRM?
- When immediately connecting the battery, I hear a relay turn on in the CCRM, is this expected? That relay prematurely turning on could possibly tie into the EVAP error code?
- Mach amps are unplugged in the rear, the mach speakers up front are also unplugged, radio is also pulled. Issue remains with or without these things

Things I have tried:
- New fuel pump replaced, when I inherited the car it would not start and dropping a fuel pump in solved that issue, but why was it blown?
- New CCRM put in, the car drives and low and high speed fans turn on telling me this CCRM should be OK.
- New ground strap from block to chassis.
- Pulled alternator and had it tested at auto shop, tested fine.
- New PCV valve
- New idle air control valve
- New EVAP purge canister and valve
- New charcoal canister
- New radio interference capacitor on passenger side, wire harness was broke so to eliminate variables new one was put in

Modifications:
- Recently completed P1SC install and not sure if I had this problem before that.
- Boost a pump
- Intercooler
- Big MAF
- 52lb injectors
- Accel ignition coils
- Prior to install, had underdrive pulleys, went back to stock.

I've checked quite a few ground locations and they seem ok to me. So in summary, should I hear this CCRM when I connect the battery? Any specific ground locations related to this fuse I should check? O2 sensors?

Update... I unplugged the new CCRM and behold I dropped down to 0ma draw. Placed the old CCRM in place and no relays turn on and no draw. I originally replaced the CCRM because the high temp fans would not kick on at the correct time, so I will run the original and see if the issue persists.

I am wondering if Autozone sold me the wrong CCRM or a faulty one. To help anyone else I attached pictures of the original CCRM and the remanufactured CCRM. The part number on the reman is 3-70004, would take any input on the correct reman part number if someone else has replaced their CCRM...

Update 2... the reman CCRM was part number 73-70004 which is for a GMC Sierra 1500. The correct part number is 73-70013. The car ran perfect with this CCRM so my guess is that the AC relay is backwards on this CCRM. So for anyone replacing their CCRM ensure it is 73-70013 otherwise you will go through batteries weekly.
