Yesterday I got my suspension installed. It is a kit from eibach that includes springs, shocks, struts, and sway bars. I got it all installed and I noticed the rear went down a bit, but the front sits pretty high still, even after a drive. I can clench my fist and fit it between the wheel and the fender. So about 4 inches of gap. The kit is supposed to lower the car 2 inches all the way around. I know they say it will settle, but will it settle that much? I used stock isolators all the way around. I am thinking of removing the isolators, as it seems many people have had no problems not running them. But I'm still stumped on the ride height. Any help is appreciated.

I have the same front set up and there is no way I can fit more than 2 fingers between my tire and fender. You sure the springs are clocked correctly in the front?

Are you running Isos up front? I probably have them clocked wrong. I might go to my garage tonight and check it out. It's 45minutes away, but it's really bothering me.

I drove to my garage and tore the front suspension apart again after work today. Started on it at 6:30, and had it sitting back on the wheels at 8. I am thoroughly embarrassed to admit the issue with the front suspension. Apparently, in my tired state, as I installed the springs the first time, I didnt pay attention to the fact that the stock springs had rusted into 2 pieces. When I pulled the stock spring out, the last coil was still rusted to the A-arm on both sides. Such a stupid thing. I blame it on the beer. But now it sits damn nice. I have no isolators installed up front, and now the front sits lower than the rear. I think I might pull the isolators out of the rear springs as well.

Here are some pictures of how it sits now.
