Chasing Vacuum leak 99 GT

So I put a 02-crown vice engine in my 99 mustang gt. Got it fired up last night and spent all day trying to get it to run right. My fuel trims is telling me I have a vacuum leak where both banks sit around 20% or higher. I have even put on a crown Vic intake thinking my mustang one had a hair line crack in it. but still no luck. I have also tried different intake gaskets, plugged all vacuum ports. I'm lost at this point. The next thing im going to try is buy a smoke machine and test for leaks that way. Any advice or tips would be helpful. Thanks.
