btw, the cats are either 2 integrated cats or 1 cat / exhaust pipe...which is good.

Then you can bump up the timing to run on 93-94 octane. Which may be worth quite alot. I know with the old 5.0 I could chase down cars, of the same year, that hadn't had there timing advanced.
