Of course it could be a chop, but why would someone just chop a cowl hood on it? Also they could've found much better pics to play with if they wanted to chop it.

Its clear you missed my point (you are a person of low intelligence) but, the discussion is actually to whether the photo is fake or not. What is producing the shadow is not important, the angle of the shadow is though. Odds are its a tree, but YES.. it could also be a telephone pole.......or a tall sign ......or a flagpole..... haha, you kinda missed the point you big dummy.
