the hood scoop looks about the same size as the parnelli jones car.

Who cares what size the bug catcher is? I would be a great deal more annoyed by the fact that it is Non-Functional. Wait, it is functional...it increases drag.

Schlitz, you just made me depressed. You'd think aftr all of there years the people at Ford would atleast have it let some air in/out of the engine bay with the scoops. But no, its probably just going to be another stupid honeycomb. :-(

I think it looks great though, i just hate non-functional cosmetics.

I think if the whole hood is blacked out or has a solid middle stripe, something like that it would look more proportionate.

I do agree it looks a bit small in the pics, I'd have to see it first hand. Well I have seen them on a couple Roush stangs locally and they looked fine there, though not my cup o tea.

I'm more used to the wider ones from back in the early 80's. My 81 had a front facing scoop of a sizable nature. That had been opened up and made pseudo functional by the previous owner. I fixed it up some to make it look less ghetto than his job.

I imagine that putting on a bigger/different scoop or a shaker would be purely academic even with the stock on there.

scoop

there will probably be mod kits to make them functional before the year is out.
either that or someone who is obsessed with it working will be drilling holes in the pseudo honeycomb fascia.

eh, I ordered it. I hope it comes in soon. I will like it no matter what.

I actually have some ideas for graphics like blacking out the hood and whatnot (i am a graphic artist by trade). if I get bored in a month or two, I'll post some designs on here for opinions.

You'll be able to do something with it no doubt Gorilla. It looks good, I wish I would have ordered the CS package, but I decided I went overbudget enough while I was adding options. I went from a Deluxe with only the IUP and active anti theft to a Premium with nearly everything on it and from a 2006 to a 2007. The wife just might choke me if I came home and told her I added another grand to my total lol.
