1.7 rr on edelbrock heads/quest for 300hp

ive been trying to get to 300hp and havent yet.i just bought some heads and am curious if im ther yet.here is a list of mods on my 90 vert.
cobra upper and lower,c&l 76mm mass air kit,70mm throttlebody w/adjustable tps,155 lph bbk pump,underdrives,4.10s,complete flowmaster exhaust and i just bought edelbrock aluminum heads w/1.90/1.60 valves and59cc chambers.also will my 1.7 crane cobra roller rockers bolt to these heads or will i have to get others?

The 1.7's will help with a stock cam +5-10Hp.I think you need more exhaust work to get to 300 at the flywheel not at the rear wheels though.Probably need more intake and heads flow for that.

your close.Get a power pipe(Into fender),an X pipe with cats,an electric fan free's up some HP.aod or 5spd?

As long as the RR and heads are both pedistal mount or stud they will work.I'm running pretty much the same setup except for TF stage 1 cam and 65mmTB.If had to do it over I would have got stud mount RR.

I run those heads (ported) RPM intake, TFS 1 cam (1.7rr), Long tubes, 76mm C&L and 70mm TB. 5 spd car.....makes 315 at the wheels....9.0:1 compression BTW.
