How possible are low 13's or 13 flat in a late model 2002GT with just NA mods and street tires and an average driver

Here's a list lemme know what you think.
C&L Intake Plenum+75mmTB
K&N FIPK
3.73 gears (dont tell me to go for 4.10s)
Magnaflow catted Xpipe
Magnaflow catback
Steeda UDP
Steeda Timing Adj

Is this a 5 speed or an automatic?

List looks fine but the real "path" to a good et is hooking the car up to the track/road. Look at Drag Radials, lower control arms, welding in the torque boxes and spot welding the tubes. If you can afford the extra $120 get full length weld-in subframe connectors as well. When your at the track, disconnect your front sway bar so that the weight can transfer to the rear easier... These are all cheap mods but have great effects on your et...

Oh yea.. with some Lower Control Arms, a shifter, and some drag radials your mods should be fine for low 13's. At that point it's a matter of how much punishment you are willing to throw at your car. You just have to kill the 60 ft. I don't think low 13's are going to be possible without drag radials though.

I say it should be pretty easy...my first time ever at the tracks got me a 13.5....street tires, no real traction...practice makes perfect!

What about the pulleys? If you are asking should you do them then the quick answer is yes . Even if you plan to s/c, its a fairly cheap mod with respectable gains in hp. You can then sell them once you get your s/c for some extra $$$.
Also from what I hear, 99+ GTs are capable of high to mid-high 1/4s stock with some drs and good driving. Of course power shifting will be mandantory, I dont know how you feel about that, but it will be needed for these times
