I am running 215x60x15 BF Goodrich Radial TA's on my car with 15x7 Mag 500's. 620lb front springs with 1" Shelby drop on front and 5 leaf mid-eye leafs on back for a reference on the stance.
I have 245/60/15 BFG Radial T/As on the Fastback. This is with Canadian Mustang 5 leaf (standard eye) rear springs and KYB shocks. The wheel wells are totally stock and there is no problem with rubbing.
