17x8 bullitt wheels fit on 66 mustang?

I am looking into buying 17x8 bullitt wheels for my 66. i was wondering if they would fit? if so, would i need to make any modifications?

That should work. I probably wouldn't go that wide in the front though. I think that 7 inches wide would be more suitable. Just make sure you get the right backspacing.

They do work , I run mine in the back with a 5/8" spacer and in the front with a 1" spacer.

I use a 245 tire in the rear and in the front 235.

17x8 wheels

i have 17x8 on my 66 convt
offset-0
4.5 backspacing
225/45/17 on all four with no problems
