I have a set of chrome 18x9.5 inch 2000 Cobra R wheels sitting around the house that I had on my 2002 GT. I was wondering if it is possible to mount these onto my 1967 Fastback? If so what type of spacers should I need if any?

Thanks guys!

Don't think you will be able to get 9.5" rims to fit the front. I know on 17x8's most use a 1" spacer on the front to allow clearance for the upper ball joint or have the rims cut down to 7' and don't run a spacer. The rears would probably fit but you would need around a 7/16" to 1/2" spacer.

:stupid:

The front wheels would fit with a spacer, but you'd need to run rubber that is too narrow for the wheel and would look funny.

9.5" on the rear is about the max you'd want to do. With a 285 wide tire, you'll need to roll the fender lips tho. You can use a skinnier tire, but then it starts to look funny again. I hate it when the wheel is wider that the rubber. There should be at least a little "bulge".

I'd send away the front wheels to be narrowed to 7.5", that way you would probably get away without needing a spacer (they take material fom the back side of the rim which results in less backspacing).
