You'd need spacers all the way around if those wheels really are +40mm offset. There are mixed opinions about wheel spacers and I personally wouldn't run spacers bigger than 1/2" with longer studs. Check out Maximum Motorsports website regarding wheel spacers. They believe good quality wheel spacers, when installed correctly, are perfectly safe.
