New to the forum great to join. I have a 1966 mustang fastback that I am restoring. I am looking to find an air induction system that was used on old A/FX factory drag cars for the 427's. Anyone have any idea where one could be found or one could be reproduced? Beginning to take the car back to the old factory race look.

Welcome to stangnet
Ok, I did some searching, I now remember some of these tearing up the quarter mile, I guess I've been on the street too long!
Nice find, whats the story on it?
Btw, Tasca Ford may be able to help you find what you need,

Tasca has a dealership in Seakonk , right around the corner from the Speedway. I thought they put FE 427's in Fairlane and Galaxie, but no Mustangs. There would be a decent amount of shoe-horning to get one in a '65 or 6 stang.

Looks like the same setup as the Thunderbolts, maybe try looking there?
