After trying two of these type seals I am getting frustrated:

The first one tore when installing. I heated the second one with a head gun to soften it up a bit, and after 4 months it has cracked in several place. I did not over heat it.
Anyways...this looks to be a much better seal:

The hole seem to align....so are they interchangeable?
