Does anyone know what this is and what it does? My baggie is labeled as from the windshield wiper mount. I took this apart like 4 years ago and do not recognize what it does. Thanks for your help.
Looks Like a turn signal or 4-way flasher to me. If you unplug it so I can see the blade configuration and so I can see all the labeling, it might help.
